In the late summer, Michigan Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist II paid a visit to Bridgewater’s Detroit headquarters!
It was an exciting moment for all of the Bridgewater team as Lt. Gilchrist and his team toured our facility. During the visit, Bridgewater Detroit’s Plant Manager Elena Jacob led Gilchrist on a tour of the plant. As she connected with him about the plant’s history and its various procedures, Lt. Gilchrist was able to connect with our other team members, who were equally as excited to meet with him.
To wrap up his visit, Bridgewater leadership had a great meeting with Lt. Gilchrist and his team, discussing the company’s upcoming goals, plans, as well as other important items connected to providing jobs to the state of Michigan. This was truly a memorable day!
On behalf of all of our team at Bridgewater Detroit, we would like to thank Lt. Gilchrist for such a memorable day, particularly his taking the time to visit our facility and for such an impactful conversation! We look forward to continuing to build upon our relationship!
