In late September, we were excited to support the annual “You Are The Light Gala” presented by the incredible non-profit, First Step, which has a mission of eliminating both domestic and sexual violence as well as providing comprehensive services to individuals and families impacted by these crimes.
Our very own Elaine Tingle helped to lead this impactful effort and presented one of its awardees and admirable volunteers, Carolyn Bartz, with the First Step Tillie Award for Outstanding Volunteer at her home right before the Gala. We applaud those of First Step for this impactful event and for their commitment to bettering the lives of individuals and families across Michigan!
