Bridgewater Interiors L.L.C. will create 600 new jobs in Warren by taking over a Johnson Controls Inc. operation at the former tank plant on Van Dyke Avenue.
Bridgewater Interiors is a joint venture between Johnson Controls and Detroit-based Epsilon L.L.C., a minority-owned company. Its CEO is Ron Hall. Plymouth-based Johnson Controls Automotive Group said today it would move new business it received from Ford Motor Co. earlier this year to the new Bridgewater plant and to its own Plymouth plant.
