Our team loves empowering youth to start where they are in being the change that they wish to see in our world! Recently, our Chief Financial Officer, John Cloud, our Vice President, Human Resources and Community Affairs, Elaine Tingle, as well as other Bridgewater team members joined forces with the 13U Northville Mustangs (the Northville Baseball & Softball Association) to partner with and support the Michigan nonprofit, First Step!
The group was able to take advantage of Michigan’s beautiful weather as they took part in a weekend afternoon of giving a great spring cleanup and outdoor beautification to First Step’s Wayne facility.
It was the true definition of teamwork, and the First Step representatives were very impressed with the results of the clean-up as well as how much the young team was able to accomplish during their time there.
On behalf of all of us at Bridgewater and the 13U Northville Mustangs, we hope this beautification will make a significant difference to the families that benefit from First Step’s mission, and make them feel more at home at the facility!
