As we reflect and take time to pause this holiday season, we want to share this editorial that our President and CEO Ronald E. Hall wrote with Andi Owen, the President and CEO of Herman Miller for Crain’s Detroit Business. We hope it inspires and empowers us all to become more united and compassionate than ever before – especially as we enter into a new year.
In the piece, both agree: “We believe Michigan should be a place that is welcoming to all, and our workplaces should reflect the diverse populations where we operate and serve… While we can’t fix every problem in our nation, we can work to influence change and make Michigan a safer and more equitable home for Black Americans.”
