During the summer, our Elaine Tingle, vice president of human resources and community affairs for Bridgewater Interiors, was selected to help lead a powerful conversation with other Metro Detroit human resources pros for Crain Detroit’s Detroit Business HR Summit!
Dozens of HR professionals and business leaders attended the event held at The Mint in Southfield to compare notes and to share tactics on employee engagement, mental health in the office, attracting new workers, and more. According to Crain’s, Tingle and other HR leaders shared that core to their efforts is seeing employees as people, checking in on workers’ wellbeing, giving staff a voice and ensuring they feel connected to their organizations’ mission.
