On the final day of the Mackinac Policy Conference 2023, our President and CEO Ronald E. Hall was delighted to join fellow Business Leaders for Michigan board member, Peter Quigley, President and CEO of Kelly Services, and others to talk about the intersection of business and equity objectives.
It was a candid and meaningful conversation focused on corporate America’s role and allyship in creating economic equity. As Hall noted at one point, “It’s not enough that you’re not racist. How are you making society more inclusive?”
One key takeaway from the discussion was achieving equity requires walking the walk, and holding organizations accountable based on data.
