At Bridgewater Interiors, teamwork isn’t just something we practice on the job—it’s a value we carry with us wherever we go. This week, team members from our Warren and Lansing, Michigan plants took that spirit to The Corner Ballpark presented by Adient for the Detroit PAL Corporate Baseball Challenge.
This unique, one-of-a-kind event brings companies together for friendly competition in hitting, pitching, fielding, and batting cage challenges—all in the name of supporting a worthy cause.
Playing for a Purpose
The Detroit PAL Corporate Baseball Challenge raises funds for Detroit PAL’s RBI Baseball & Softball Programs, which provide youth across the city with access to mentorship, athletic skill development, and community support through sport. These programs empower young athletes with valuable life lessons both on and off the field, making every pitch, swing, and catch part of something bigger.
Bringing Teamwork Beyond the Workplace
From the field to the factory, Bridgewater Interiors takes pride in working as a team to achieve great results. The event was a chance for our employees to showcase their teamwork, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm in a whole new setting—while giving back to a cause that aligns with our commitment to community engagement.
