The team at the Bridgewater Interiors Detroit location hosted a special joint celebration to commemorate two major milestones: receiving Ford Motor Company’s Diverse Supplier of the Year Award and honoring our dedicated employees!
The event, held on-site at our Detroit facility, was a vibrant show of appreciation, innovation, and teamwork. With the help of our HR team, an open area of the production floor was transformed into a festive gathering space—complete with décor, a catered meal, and raffle prizes. The day was designed to spotlight both our external recognition and the internal commitment that drives our success.
One of the event’s standout moments was the unveiling of a 2025 Ford Mustang on the shop floor, featuring seats proudly built by our team right here in Detroit. It was a powerful visual reminder of the craftsmanship and quality that Bridgewater Interiors brings to every vehicle we help produce.
Employees were treated to a delicious lunch, time to connect with colleagues, and a chance to win exciting prizes through a raffle—all as a token of gratitude for their dedication and hard work. The event emphasized how our collective contributions not only meet the high standards of partners like Ford but also support our mission of fostering opportunity, inclusion, and excellence in every aspect of our work.
