We realize COVID-19 has unset our world; our workplaces; and our entire lives.

Knowing this, we encourage you to continue following all safety protocols in the workplace and all CDC guidelines.

If you’re currently in a category to get the vaccine, we encourage you to do so. The combination of getting vaccinated and following safety protocols will offer the best protection to stop the spread of COVID-19.

To ease your access to getting vaccinated, Bridgewater is currently working on building partnerships with local health authorities and larger pharmacy chains. These vaccinations will be available to Bridgewater employees for free. We will continue to update you on these partnerships as information progresses.

We’re hopeful that the vaccination will be eligible for all in the near future.

In the meantime, please make sure to continue:
– Washing your hands often
– Covering your nose and mouth
– Maintaining social distancing – being at least 6 feet apart

If you have any questions or concerns, you can escalate them through our human resources team.

Again, please remain vigilant, continue masking up, and prepare yourself for getting the vaccine. Let’s all do our part to keep each other safe!
